The Urban League of Kansas believes that lasting community change happens when people come together to serve, lead, and invest in the future of our neighborhoods. Whether you connect with us through our dedicated staff, volunteer your time, join our membership network, serve on a committee, support our Guild, or explore opportunities for board leadership, there is a place for you in our mission.

By becoming involved, you help expand access to education, employment, housing, health, and economic opportunity while building stronger communities throughout Wichita and Sedgwick County. We invite individuals, businesses, and community partners to join us in creating pathways to upward mobility, advancing equity, and empowering people to achieve their full potential.

Together, we can make a lasting impact for today and for future generations.
