Youth Empowerment Program

Psychosocial Rehabilitation Groups (PR-G)
- Presented in large group format with integrated small break-out learning sessions designed to allow clients to interact with each other in a natural environment and practice skills while still being able to receive focused skills training using in more intimate groups
- Group Facilitators utilize the Promoting Alternative Thinking Strategies (PATHS) Curriculum
- PATHS is an evidence-based, cognitive behavioral treatment system that is designed to teach improved daily problem solving, social, self-control and anger management skills, enhance personal relationships
Attendant Care
- Designed to provide clients with an added level of service to assist in focusing on content and enhance their group experience
- Individual Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PR-I)
- 1-on-1 treatment with an individually assigned worker designed to engage the client in skill development activities in schools and or the community
Transportation
- In order to ensure the best possibly service for YEP clients and eliminate all possible barriers to participation, YEP provides transportation services to all clients to and from all group sessions at absolutely no cost to the client or family.
